How ROAR works
Async-first: most visits happen on your schedule, not in a waiting room. A licensed physician reviews every case.
STEP 1
Intake
A structured online visit — history, symptoms, goals, and validated screening. Ten to fifteen minutes, from your phone.
STEP 2
Labs
Where indicated (TRT, weight, metabolic), we order a panel at a lab near you. Results flow straight to your chart.
STEP 3
Physician review
A licensed physician reviews your intake and labs, confirms the diagnosis, and builds your protocol — or tells you honestly that treatment isn’t indicated.
STEP 4
Treatment & tracking
Medications ship or go to your pharmacy. Follow-ups, monitoring labs, and dose changes run on schedule, with your trajectory tracked against expected response.
Some situations need more than telehealth — a video visit, an in-person exam at the clinic, or referral to specialty care. When that’s the case, we say so at intake rather than working around it.
